WideyWoods Art House

New to our project, our four therapy rooms. We offer the rooms at a fixed rate of £20 hr, in the format of a walking talking therapy to access the ArtHouse.

Dear Counsellor,

Thank you for working from Wideywood Art House. As part of using the therapy rooms, we invite you to take part in the Therapeutic Mapping System (TMS), a web-based tool developed by CASA Health Network CIC to support wellbeing practice and research.

What TMS is

TMS (Therapeutic Mapping System) is a structured digital mapping tool that helps clients reflect on their wellbeing and therapy journey. Clients use TMS to record and “map” key themes over time (for example: mood, needs, relationships, coping resources, goals, and changes they notice). The output can be used in-session to support discussion and therapeutic insight.

How it’s used

  • Clients are invited to use TMS when they attend sessions at Wideywood Art House (typically before, after, or between sessions—at your discretion).
  • You decide how it fits your modality and pacing. TMS is designed to support therapy, not replace it.

Benefits for counsellors and clients

  • Clearer reflection: clients can name and track what’s shifting over time.
  • Shared language: the map can help client and counsellor align on priorities and goals.
  • Continuity: themes and changes are easier to revisit between sessions.
  • Practice learning: anonymised insights contribute to developing new creative/nature-based wellbeing interventions.

Data and confidentiality (in plain English)

  • Identifiable personal data is only accessible between you and your client.
  • CASA Health Network CIC uses only non-identifiable (anonymised/aggregated) data to learn what works and to develop new wellbeing interventions.
  • Clients must be offered clear information and a choice to consent to using TMS.

Please read and sign the attached agreement to confirm your participation and your responsibilities when introducing TMS to clients at Wideywood Art House.

Kind regards,
Myles Coker
